Whether you are looking to simplify your daily management, discover healthier eating habits, general accountability etc., I’m here for you!

My Background & Education

I am a wellness coach and collaborative designer living with type 1 diabetes. I have spent the majority of my life trying to find a healthier way to manage my health, and define what healthy means for me. I know that being healthy can mean so many things other than a number from a lab result. Having formal training in the collaborative design process and extensive training in health and wellness coaching through Wellcoaches programs, I am uniquely qualified to help people improve their health and well-being in a way that is tailored for each individual.

NBC-HWC - National Board Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach. The National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) has collaborated with the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) since 2016 to provide a robust board certification examination which has led to more than 11,000 National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches that hold the NBC-HWC credential.
