All Packages Include:

Flexible Scheduling:
Choose the frequency that works best for you—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. I recommend weekly sessions for new clients to build momentum, but I’m happy to accommodate your schedule.

Text or Email Support:
For clients who need flexibility, I offer optional weekly check-ins to keep you motivated and connected between sessions.

Progress Tracking Tools:
Access to the Healthie telehealth platform, where you can track and document your personal goals, and I can comment and follow along. Integrations like CGM (Dexcom) and Apple Health are also available.

Bonus Resources:
As an established client, you’ll have first access to all new materials I create or adopt into my practice, such as the guided journal I’m currently developing.

Flexible Rescheduling Policy:
Life happens, and I’m here to support you. You can reschedule any appointment as long as you provide 24 hours’ notice (more details are outlined in my coaching agreement).

Package Extensions:
If you need more time to complete your sessions, I offer a grace period to use remaining sessions without losing value. Let’s work together to create a timeline that fits your life.

This package is designed for new clients ready to embark on a transformative journey toward lasting health and wellness. During our initial 90-minute session, we’ll dive deep into your personal motivations, strengths, values, and challenges. Together, we’ll craft a tailored wellness vision and create actionable short-term and long-term goals to guide your progress. The following 11 sessions are structured to provide consistent support, accountability, and momentum. While I recommend weekly sessions for optimal results (as this frequency has been proven to create lasting behavioral change), I understand that life can be busy. That’s why this package offers customizable scheduling—you can choose weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly sessions, depending on your needs.


1-Month Momentum Maintenance Package

Whether you’re looking to revisit your wellness vision, track progress, or explore new strategies, these sessions are tailored to your current needs. Sessions can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your preferences and availability.
